I build the structures regions depend on, and develop the places people call home.
Tendaivanhu Madzikanda is a chartered structural engineer turned founder, working across South Africa, Zimbabwe and Rwanda. Three decades of buildings, bridges and major structural work, now matched with the places communities call home.
From humble beginnings to work that competes with the largest firms.
Tendaivanhu Madzikanda earned a BSc (Honours) in Civil Engineering in 1990. He passed the Institution of Structural Engineers examination in 1994, and was admitted as a Chartered Engineer through the Institution of Engineers, Europe in 1995.
He is a registered Professional Engineer with the Engineering Council of South Africa and a corporate member of the UK Institution of Structural Engineers. Across more than three decades he has worked on low and high rise buildings, bridges and major structural engineering, the kind of work entire regions come to rely on.
Today he founds and leads two companies, an international civil and structural engineering firm and a property development company, operating across South Africa, Zimbabwe and Rwanda, with ambitions into the United States. The throughline is simple: excellence through professional engineering, and a quiet promise that your wish is our command.
Two companies, one standard of building.

Tangenhamo Properties
